Munira gives a deep massage that helps improve the circulation in my legs and bad posture from working at home/walking the dog and it lasts. She also helps my daughter and son deal with any ringette and hockey and growth related muscle related issues. She also makes homemade remedies for sore muscles, chests, etc. that are very helpful.
